We urge customers to still purchase the paint online and select pickup at checkout. We will then email you or give you a call when order is ready for collection. 


We aim to pick and pack all orders and ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details when we have shipped your order. 

Once your order has been dispatched delivery can take from 2 - 12 business days depending on your location. Please note this can vary especially if it is during the holiday season. 

Eastern State orders will be sent from our Sydney Warehouse  to speed up the delivery time. 

If your order is urgent please email us first before placing an order to get a more exact timeframe on delivery to see if this suits your needs. 

Our offices are based in Perth, Western Australia and Sydney, NSW. 


All orders shall be sent via a courier. For orders sent by courier if nobody is at home your parcel will be left at the front door. If you wish for this not to happen then please leave a comment on your order when checking out. (an extra charge may apply for a re-delivery attempt)

We can not be held responsible for deliveries, once they have left our warehouse.
Orders will be sent to the exact address entered when your order is placed online. We take no responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or failure to accept a delivery (ie. post box notification slips) you will be charged additional postage to re-deliver the goods.

If after placing the order you realise you have entered the incorrect address, please email as soon as possible notifying us of the correct address so we can hopefully update before shipping occurs. 


Once your order has been dispatched you may receive an email with your tracking details depending on which courier is used for your destination. Please allow a few hours for any tracking information to appear. If you have any problems tracking your item or you are concerned about where your parcel is please email us at


Unfortunately due to epoxy paint being made in batches for each specific order, we are unable to accept returns on unused & unopened paint.
